Romans 12:2

Select a highlighted phrase to explore it.

There is nothing outside a person that by going into him can defile him, but the things that come out of a person are what defile him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery.

Mark 7:15, 21

Food for thought

The problem isn't outside you — it's the heart you already carry within. But what you let in through your eyes and ears feeds what grows there. Guard your inputs. Just know that only God can deal with the root.

How it works

Four steps. Every week.

Every plan follows the same rhythm — choose, read, reflect, review. The only difference between plans is the number of streams.

  1. Choose your plan

Start with Mini — six weeks, two streams. Move to Standard or Intensive when the habit is solid, not before.

  2. Read daily

Each day, read one chapter per active stream. Mini takes 15–20 minutes. Intensive takes up to 90.

  3. Reflect on each chapter

Annotate as you go using SPECS or REAP — a question, an observation, a single sentence. Keep it light.

  4. Review on Saturday

Saturday is reflection day. Gather your week's notes and sit with them. No new reading — just review.
