Reading Plans
Find your plan.
Every plan runs the same streams — the difference is how many, and how deep. Start with Starter. Move up when it feels like a default, not a discipline.
How it works
Four steps. Every week.
Every plan follows the same rhythm — choose, read, reflect, review. The only difference between plans is the number of streams.
- Choose your plan
Start with Starter — six weeks, two streams. Move to Standard or Intensive when the habit is solid, not before.
- Read daily
Each day, read one chapter per active stream. Starter takes 15–20 minutes. Intensive takes up to 90.
- Reflect on each chapter
Annotate as you go using SPECS or REAP — a question, an observation, a single sentence. Keep it light.
- Review on Saturday
Saturday is reflection day. Gather your week's notes and sit with them. No new reading — just review.
Stream comparison
Every stream. Every plan.
Each row is a stream. A filled cell means that stream is active in that plan.
